How to use this template

  1. Choose one guest

    Base the story on a real stay, using reviews or a conversation with a guest, so the panels feel true.

  2. Write what they thought

    Put the guest's words in the speech bubbles. Their phrasing is more persuasive than a summary.

  3. Agree one idea per panel

    For each moment, write one practical improvement and pick the ones to test first.

Can I add more panels to the storyboard?

Yes. Copy a panel and fill in what happens, what the guest thinks and an improvement idea, such as one for the spa or restaurant.

Do I need an account to use it?

No. Open the template and edit it in your browser. Your work saves on this device. An account is optional if you want to sync your workspace.

Can I export the finished diagram?
