How to use this template

  1. Fix the dates

    Put each meeting on the same working day every month, counted from month close, so people can plan around it.

  2. Agree inputs and outputs

    Write what each meeting needs and what it must decide. The executive meeting should only see options and a recommendation.

  3. Close the loop

    End each cycle by checking forecast accuracy and plan adherence, and feed what you learn into next month.
