Dock appointment schedule template

A dock appointment schedule books every trailer into a door and a time slot, so the yard does not fill up with lorries waiting for space. This board shows eight doors across a working day, with each booking as a block coloured for done, late, no-show or booked, drop trailers dashed and a line for the current time. Below are the trucks waiting in the yard, on-time and waiting figures, and the booking rules suppliers must follow.

  3. Update during the day

Recolour late arrivals and no-shows as they happen and move waiting trucks into free slots.
