How to use this template

  1. Set the day

    Add the period times, registration, break and lunch so every day has the same structure.

  2. Place the subjects

    Fill in subjects with their teacher and room, spreading each subject across the week.

  3. Check the balance

    Count the periods per subject against your curriculum plan and check for clashes, such as the same subject twice in a day.

Questions about this template

Can I change the period times or add a sixth period?

Yes. Edit the times in the left column and copy a row to add another period, then update the checks note if the hours per subject change.

Do I need an account to use it?

No. Open the template and edit it in your browser. Your work saves on this device. An account is optional if you want to sync your workspace.

Can I export the finished diagram?
