Sticker reward chart template

A sticker reward chart helps a child work towards one clear goal, one sticker at a time. This example winds 24 sticker spaces across the page like a board game, from START to a big prize, with two gold spaces for small rewards along the way. A goal note, a short list of what earns a sticker and tips for grown-ups sit underneath.

How to use this template

  1. Choose one goal

Pick one behaviour to work on, such as getting dressed before breakfast, and write it in your child's words.

  2. Agree the prizes

Choose a big prize for the end and a couple of small treats for the gold spaces, so the end never feels too far away.

  3. Add stickers straight away

Let your child add the sticker as soon as they earn it, and talk about what they did well.
