How to use this template

  1. Collect specific observations

Replace the sample notes with events from the sprint. Describe what happened and its effect so the team can discuss a shared example.

  2. Choose a manageable change

Group related observations and discuss which change is within the team’s control. Keep the selected experiment small enough to evaluate in a later sprint.

  3. Record the owner and check

Write who will take the next step and when the team will review it. Bring the outcome back to the next retrospective.
